The Mission of the Telemark Competitive Program is to deliver a good experience for the members while providing a supportive encouraging and progressively structured training environment so that they may achieve their goals of sports excellence
- Dressing for the cold recommendations
- Team Telemark Cold Weather Policies
- The AirTrim sport mask is another good option for exercising in the cold
- Hardware Store Dust masks are often more effective than a buff over the face when exercising in the cold; Doesn’t need to fit perfect and easier to breath through than a wet cloth buff
