Up Hill Roller ski Time Trials are a great way to track personal improvement. You can see how your hard work is paying off.

June Springs Top is a 4.4km uphill Time Trial done on Skate Roller Skis from Mathews Road to the end of the pavement on June Springs Road.

June Springs Mid is a 2.6km uphill Time Trial done on Skate Roller Skis from the same Mathews Road start to Royce Creek Road on the June Springs Road. Below are the time trial results from last November and last night! Great improvements.

Mark your Calendar to attend Wednesday September 18th

Where: Kelowna Paddle Center – 3020 Abbott St, Kelowna

When: 4 pm for athletes. Parent Meeting starts at 5 pm. Wrap up at 6 pm

What: Dryland training session and paddling for our Track attack and T2T and L2C athletes. $10 drop in fee for paddling unless you are a member of KPC

Parents 5 – 6 pm: Information evening for the upcoming ski and race season. Prepare for being outside.
