Fast and Female Pop Up Event Saturday

Calling all girls!!

As a part of their virtual Run Walk Wheel: Move challenge, Fast and Female is having a Fun Run/Hike for self-identified girls ages 8-14 at Knox Mountain Park in Kelowna on Saturday June 25th at 5pm. There will be games, snacks, swag (shirts, stickers etc) and of course a fun hike/run for all ability levels. Feel free to share this registration information with your friends across all sport communities to get the word out!

This event is in part hosted by Telemark Race Team Athlete and Fast and Female Youth Advisory Council member Breagh Bridge.

What is our Fast and Females annual Run Walk Wheel event?

Run Walk Wheel is a national event inviting individuals of all ages, gender identities, and regions across Canada to join our virtual community by tracking their movement minutes online throughout the month of June. 

You can submit your movement minutes online via Fast and Females website or the link in their Instagram bio. 

Fast and Female is hosting events across the nation hosted by our Youth Advisory Council members and our nationwide goal is to collect 20,000 Movement Minutes in celebration of the 20,000+ self-identified girls our organization has impacted.

Team Night Thursday June 9th

Hello Ski Fans,

I am looking forward to seeing all of you Thursday at our Team Night! Twelve of us had a fun BC Talent Squad training camp down in Whistler on the weekend!

Team Telemark Values: Adventure, Camaraderie, Integrity and Excellence

Thursday June 9th at 6 pm we have our Telemark club team night. This is intended for Track Attack and older skiers. We are at Eian Lamont Park 3088 Lakeview Cove Rd West Kelowna BC. This is a park on the Eastside of the Mount Boucherie Mountain. Come prepared to Run Fast!

  • The next team night is planned for June 23rd 2022 (6-7:30 pm) at the Rosewood Cul de sac entrance of Rose Valley. We will be heading up the Daze of Roses Ridge on the westside of the lake.
