Those coming in to town tomorrow am ASAP when you arrive but no later then 2 hours before start time.

Notes about kilster skiing:
DO NOT put hands on grip area. Very sticky! hold with bases together or on the glide sections
When in starting area.. keep shuffling skis to not allow for grip to ice
WARM UP:
Warm up on rock skis or warm up skis. If you do not have these then warm up on skate skis. If you do not have skate skis running shoe warm up.
Coaches arriving at 8am to venue.
