Hello Ski Fans,
We had some challenges last week With smoke and Rain but we were still able to pull off a good training camp with some adjustments. Skiers Came from Kamloops, Vernon, Courtney, Rossland, Ottawa, Librec and of Course Kelowna. Skiers Climbed and Roller Skied up Mountains, Swam in the Beautiful Okanagan, Pumped some Iron and did some Quality Intensity including a Uphill Time Trial.
