JD Dry-land Training Tonight! Dec 4th 2013

December 4, 2013 Posted by Coach Adam

Hello Junior Development Members,

Hopefully tonight will be the last Dry-land training session until the spring. Make sure you thank our great grooming staff when you see them! Thanks Phil, Scott, Larry, Rod, John and Eric for getting the trails open so early!

We are meeting at the North end of the CNC area; the playground at the mission sports fields. This is at the corner of Lexington and Gordon.

It does not look like we will be able to Roller Ski so please bring Running Shoes, Headlamps, warm clothing and Crunching mats if you have them. Hopefully tonight’s Fun we will be joined by some of the older Jack Rabbit and adventurer kids. Expect to do some balance and agility stuff before some light running, some strength and a good game if you are lucky!

See You Soon,

Adam
