Hello Girls,
Corrie and Deepa will be leading a few Girls Only Dry-land training opportunities in November.
Girls 14 and under from Junior Development, TR1, Jack Rabbit 3, Jack Rabbit 4 and Adventurers are welcome.
Meet at the Playground at the North end of the Mission Sports Fields at 6pm. Near the Corner of Gordon Dr. and Lexington Ave.
Plan to Run, Fun and a little Strength.
Please Bring: appropriate athletic clothing, water, headlamp, Crunching/yoga Mat. and Positive Energy.
