Hello biathlon families,

Telemark will be hosting an information meeting on Monday April 25th to go over information about biathlon (range) practices for the upcoming summer. The Biathlon program is run in conjunction with our nordic programs. 
We will go over the the following topics and have time for questions. Anyone interested in our competitive biathlon programs is welcome to tune in.

• Goals of the Summer Biathlon program & integration with cross country programs
  • The summer program is a particularly good time to work on biathlon technique as the temperatures are warm and it is quite pleasant practising at the range.

Hello Ski Fans,

Unfortunately, the temperatures this week at Telemark have not been freezing overnight enough to maintain the snow pack for Saturday. The L2C and I skied from the yellow gate last night where we discovered fading skiing conditions. At the time there was enough snow to host the ski event but it was borderline. Since Telemark didn’t freeze last night I think the safest option is to shift the relay into a Running event.

WE will be Running from Telemark for the Costume Relay!

Values: Adventure, Camaraderie, Integrity and Excellence

Saturday April 9th 2022 Season Finale Celebration 10 am

• We will Run our event out of the Telemark Stadium
• Participants should be prepared to Run
• Costumes are Mandatory
• We will meet at 10 am
• Two person teams will be chosen by the coaching team at the start-line
• We are Hoping to Start our Costume Relay Race around 10:30 am
• The courses will be short and fun
• Expect to run on Grass Trails, Snow Shoe Trails, some Snow and potentially puddles

T2T Meeting Saturday April 9th 2022

• We will have a T2T meeting immediately after the Season Finale Celebration; parents are welcome
• Bring dry clothes and food
• We will cover:
  • A L2C lead discussion about the Nationals experience
  • Optimal Summer Training
  • Goal Setting (please bring your fall goals)
  • Goal Setting Meetings
  • We should be done by 1:30 PM
