We will need some parents to help with our trail run at Rose Valley to keep the groups together. Remember to bring poles, a mat for core exercises, and a head lamp. Practice will run until 7:30, starting at 6pm.

Coach Training NEXT!!! Weekend
So sorry, I lost track of time. The NCCP coaching courses are first weekend of October, not this coming weekend. Race parents — sign up for ICC! You will thank me. 3 hours Friday evening and, if you have a spunky group, you will be home Saturday afternoon in time to make dinner for the family with whom you will then be able to share all of your fond memories of taking ICC.
