Technique sessions

January 25, 2024 Posted by Emily Young

Hello Everyone,

There is an opportunity for the next three weeks for technical development for age groups 2010-2013, led by volunteers Adam and Paul.

  • January 30th 2024 5:15 pm-6pm Skate Technique; one skate technique focus
  • February 6th 2024 5:15 pm-6pm Classic Technique; climbing technique focus
  • February 13th 2024 5:15 pm-6pm Skate Technique; offset technique focus

The objective of these sessions is to gain specific technique knowledge in a fun and healthy setting.  This is not a Telemark Nordic Ski Club organized run session, participation is not mandatory, however these three sessions will be a respectful and inclusive environment where all skiers are welcome. Once the 45 min session has been completed, you will then be able to take your newly learned knowledge to your TA or T2T group at 6pm.  Please address any questions about the sessions to Head Coach Emily directly: emily.young@telemarknordic.com.
