Well it was a Soggy Weekend up in 108. All the information gathered from the camp can be found here including the standards for the NST Strength test and past year BCDS performances. There is also calculated Heart Rate Training zones based on the Max Heart Rate During our Hill bounding TT. If you believe that your Max is higher there is also a chart with training zones calculated for every 3 beats of Max Heart Rate.
