BC Championship Regi Deadline Wednesday 7pm

February 14, 2012 Posted by Coach Adam

Hello Ski Fans,

Just a reminder that if you want to race you must register soon.

I have received allot of questions about points  for our clubs overall championship. Parents are most valuble racing in the Saturday Classic race. This is were it will be easiest to score points for our team by placing top 5 in your category. Sunday’s relay will use the same points system except there are only 4 categories

Category:

Children: Atoms & Peewees  3 x 1.0 km
Boys: Midgets 3 x 2.5 km
Girls: Midgets 3 x 2.5 km
Jr. Women: Juvenile/Junior 3 x 3.5 km
Jr. Men: Juvenile/Junior 3 x 3.5 km
Sr. Women: Open & Master Women 3 x 5 km
Sr. Men: Open & Master Men 3 x 5 km

More info about the BC cup points system is available here:

http://www.crosscountrybc.ca/main.asp?cmd=doc&ID=3155

The BC Championships are approaching in Salmon Arm. The registration deadline is February 15th at 7pm. I would like a very good attendance to this event as we are compete for the club championship. Register for Saturday’s classic race here: https://zone4.ca/onlinereg.asp?id=4189

Sunday’s Skate Relay requires a second registration which is free here: https://zone4.ca/onlinereg.asp?id=4295&lan=1

All relay teams will be decided by me and be based on prior performance this season.

Full race notice  is available here: http://www.skilarchhills.ca/dowloads/posters/BC_Champs_Race_Notice_2012.pdf

Race Maps are available here: http://www.skilarchhills.ca/eventsinfo.htm
