Hello Ski Fans,

Thursday April 16th I am going to run the 1km Uphill June Springs Roller Ski Time Trail for anyone who is interested. Previous times are available HERE!

Why do a Roller Ski Time Trail?

• To track personal improvement; Roller skiing up hill is a good way to benchmark your improvement since snow conditions rarely effect times.
• It is Fun!
• The June Springs Short TT is one of the ways to qualify for the TR2 Training Group. Click for Details.

All of the normal Rules for Roller Ski Safety Policy apply so at this time of year you will need a Helmet and either a High Visibility Vest or Shirt. Meet at South East Kelowna Elementary School at 5pm. Practise Locations Link

Hello Ski Fans,

Today it was announced that David Walker and Gareth Williams made the BC Ski Team. In addition Ben Shipley, Ian Williams, Madeleine Ertel and Matt Shipley have qualified for the BC Development Squad. I am the Head Coach of the Development Squad. Congratulations to all of BC’s fine skiers on their team selections.  The entire list of who qualified is available HERE!
