10:30 Saturday Nov.24th ski at Soveriegn and TT

TR2 / TR1 /JD PRACTICE NOV 24TH – SOVEREIGN LAKE

Meet at Kelowna Manual Therapy Centre (1934 Ambrosi Road, beside Art Knapp) at 8:45AM. Skiing at 10:30. Lunch then ski again.
Bring both classic and skate, (classic in am). The Focus will be learning your race courses and Classic Technique. Video analysis for TR2 and TR1 skiers.

Classic Technique Time Trial for the older skiers 11:30am start 15km 3x5km Jeff + Kurt, 5km 2×2.5km 14yrs and Older plus 13 and under 2.5 km if keen.

Looks like a Rode Super Blue or Super Extra day so you can come prepared with a few layers of these waxes applied.

WE WILL NEED LOTS OF PARENTAL HELP THIS DAY TO WAX SKIS AND SKI WITH GROUPS.
