This week we will Run three sessions, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 4 PM. We are going to try 4 PM this week to reduce the school schedule conflicts.
All sessions will be under an hour! The Tuesday Core Session is about 40?. If you get bumped out of the meeting try signing back in. Everyone who is attending is getting stronger!

- Pull-up Bar and or horizontal bar
- Weight for Jump Squat; Dumbbell, Rock, Cooler with weight inside, tool box?
- Weight or Dumbbell for Arm Row; as above
- Weight, Dumbbell for Side Plank; alternative is to wave arm
- Box or step for Single Leg box jump
- Bench or chairs for Dips
- Swiss Ball; alternative is 2 Point Front Plank
- Yoga Mat
