Happy Monday everyone! Quick update for this week as reflected yesterday in the calendar:
Tuesday October 23rd – Critical Strength and Speed Test. Start time – 5:00pm at Apple Bowl Track. Come ready to run (fast!) and rock out some killer pushups, pullups, box jumps, etc.
Thursday October 25th – Roller ski (SK). Start time – 6:00pm from tennis court parking lot next to the Apple Bowl track (access off Spall). Head lights, tails lights, and high-viz vests a must or no skiing.
Saturday October 27th – Team Day and AGM! Start time – 9:00am . Meet at Telemark Chalet for trail run (bring pole bounding poles). Afterward there will be some more trail maintenance and grooming with help from other club/team members.
