Wax: LF7 or Toko Red for skate and classic skis. Classic skis should have base binder applied (thin to win!).
Both days you will need to have a day pass (purchase in the lodge). Remember that Sovereign is doing this as a favor to all of us to get ready for Nationals so be sure to tell Eric and the gang how much you appreciate their work.
Saturday, classic sprints, start time is 2:00 for the qualifier, sprints to follow (nominally at 2:30). It’s King’s Court format so everybody will get three heats on top of the qualifier. Race skis to me by 1:00. Warm up on and around the course. Everybody will pick up their own bibs from the race building. After the races everybody helps take down the course!
Sunday, skate distance, mass start, 5 or 10 km (one or two laps). Start time 0930 so be there to warm up at 0830. Don’t forget to leave time to get a day pass! At the end of the race everybody helps take down the course.
Coach Ross and Coach Paul will be there both days to help out.
