CCBC Officials Training Course December 11th 2021
Telemark will be hosting several races this season and needs volunteers to assist our primary organizers. These roles are vital for our club to be able at-home events for our skiers. The last race Telemark hosted was the last official CCBC race since before the Pandemic!
These races include:
- 2022 CCBC Track Attack Championships (Feb 26-27)
- 2022 Telemark Apple Loppet (Mar 12)
Please consider taking the CCBC Officials Course (via Zoom) on December 11th. Registration deadline is December 2nd.
REGISTER ONLINE HERE
The OL1 training is a full-day course that provides an overview of what a cross country ski competition is all about. The focus is on the duties of minor officials for both ‘Olympic’ style (interval start, mass start, pursuit start, individual sprint, team sprint and relay) and ‘Loppet’ style (mass participation) competitions. The minimum age is 16 years as of the start of the course.
Being that this course is being done via Zoom, the cost has been reduced to $50 for CCBC members. Once registered, each attendee will receive an automated email receipt that they can then submit for reimbursement from Telemark.
