You will see in the video that many people still need to work on getting their body forward when double poling. The hips need to be high and forward when planting the poles. If you are counter balancing with one of the feet like Sally you are defeating the purpose of getting forward; weight should be even on both feet. If you heels are off you bindings it does not mean that you are getting forward unless your hips and body are forward which will naturally lift you heals a little.
