JD /TR1 / TJR skiing Saturday Dec 5th
Location: Sovereign Lake Nordic
Time 10am (get there early to wax and buy trail pass)
We can only get the group rate if one fantastic individual will buy all the passes for the team. We would then have to reimburse that person individually. Any volunteers?
Plan:
10:00. Tr1 / TJR 2 hour zone 1 classic / JD skating
12:15. TR1/TJR lunch discuss race plans and planning
1:15. TR1 / TJR 1 hour skate with sprints. Course profile pop quiz.

If you haven’t already you can register to race at the Sovereign Nor-Am on zone4.ca
Saturday is a 1km ‘sprint’ with only a juvenile category. You can enter even if you are of a younger age group.
Sunday has a Midget category 2.5km free technique individual start. Again you can enter if younger than the Midget age group. I would love to see all of our Midget age skiers enter!
