The deadline approaches. I will need every ticket stub and the money back a week from Sunday noon (Apple Loppet). Please reduce my pain by turning them in early, because I have to reconcile EVERY ticket.
- I will be available AFTER practice at the lodge (downstairs) today and next week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Failing that, I will come to your house to pick them up. You can also give them to Andrew Hay or Jill Stamp.
- Please ensure the money matches exactly the tickets sold. It is easier for me if you write a cheque to “Telemark Nordic Club” for the total, but cash is OK as well.
- If you (shudder!) lost tickets, tell me now so I can deal with it. Bad news will not improve with age.
