Scholarship Opportunity for Grade 12 Athletes
Our friend and model athlete Evan Guthrie has sponsored a scholarship for graduating student athletes in the Central Okanagan. If you are graduating from a high school in the Central Okanagan and are entering post-secondary education next year, the link to information and the application form is http://evanguthrie.com/scholarship-fund/. To quote Evan’s reason for sponsoring this scholarship:
“Over the years I’ve received substantial support towards my athletic and academic pursuits and now, as a full-time athlete and part-time student at Okanagan College, I am looking to help student-athletes alleviate some financial stress in order for the athlete to fully concentrate on their sport and academic goals.”
