Just a few quick updates from Adam’s post. We may be short a few pair of rollerskis, depending on how big our turn out is. Please bring running shoes as we may have to divide into a few groups. We will need some parents to bike along with the rollerskiers and/or run with a running group. Thanks, Ross
JD / TR 1 practice Aug 8th 6pm
Good turn out last week for the first practice. Too bad for the weather, but good to see all the kids in the lake anyway. Kudos to Connor, Tristan and Nikhil who were involved in either triathlon training or summer camp earlier but still came out!
This week we are training at myra bellvue park at 6pm. The session will involve a short meeting, a warm-up, run, core strength, balance, games and stretching.
Make sure to bring water for the run and either a yoga or camping mat to do the strength and stretching.
