As Adam mentioned previously the biggest improvements were in running speed. GOOD WORK!
I looked at only the 3000m and 1000m times for the younger skier due to the disruption in the schedule.
The biggest improvements:
Ben Shipley 15% (pretty darn good after being in that cast for so darn long!)
Dana, Matt Shipley, Justin 10% improvement
Scott and Ian W. 9% improvement
Ian Mayer 5%
Gareth 1%
Nikhil slightly less than 1%
Zombie Ski Evasion Parent Organizer needed
A parent volunteer or group of parents is requested to organize a Zombie ski evasion for our ski club. There are two options; one would be a general fundraiser for the race team and the other is to hold a smaller event just for the race team. We can plan a date when there are no other events that weekend.
Kids love Zombies and this looks like a lot of fun! Here is a link to a run in Kelowna.
