TR1 wax assignment clarification

January 7, 2014 Posted by Ross

The idea behind the wax assignments is not for parents to wax kids skis, as we have been working towards independence. The purpose of the assignment is to assist kids with waxing, especially if the wax is hard to apply, if conditions are tricky, or if some kids need touchups for better grip.

If this wasn’t clear on the original post then we apologize. It is our expectation that kids come prepared to be ready to ski with skis grip waxed at the scheduled time.

Learning to improve in classic requires good grip which is the reason we need assistance.
