Sovereign Day Camp Details; SKATE

May 20, 2021 Posted by Coach Adam

Hello Ski Fans,

Eric and I have some great training planned for you on Saturday May 22nd 2021. It’s a short hike to the skate skiing so wear shoes and pack your skate ski boots. We are hoping for a good showing of T2T and older Telemark skiers.

The schedule of events for Saturday will be as follows:
8:00 Meet at Sovereign parking lot and walk less than 1.0km until we hit trail with complete coverage. We will skate ski for 2:00-3:00 hours or as peoples energy allows. It will be an easy paced ski but some adventure. We have a route planned so please arrive on time so you can stick with the group

11:30ish Drive to Kal beach for lunch, beach VBall and general rest (athletes should have lunch packed along with snacks)
15:00 Meet at Predator Ridge for trail run (see attached directions to parking lot, parking lots is on West side of Birdie Lake Drive). GPS coordinates 50.194398434716966, -119.39816359611957
We will likely form some smaller pods to spread things out a bit based on age/capability

16:30 hit the road home!

Feel free to email me with questions and concerns. Thanks,Adam Elliot
