Hello Telemark Parents,

I have undertaken the task of organising the food for the regional camp. The camp will take place next weekend. I am looking for help! I am thinking instead of buying package baking I am looking for parents to do baking before the camp. This is in the goal to save money and eat healthier and yummier food. Any type of muffin, loaf, bar and cookies would be fantastic! Please label if there is dairy or nuts in the baking. There is sixty coaches and athletes so any amount of food would be greatly appreciated! The more baking done before the camp the better! The baking will make for great food to pack to train and snacks. Let me know what you plan to bring or ask what we need!

Hello Ski FANS!

The 8th Annual Triathlon was another huge success. The weather looked pretty bad in the afternoon but everything was cleared up for our 6 pm start time. It was really great to see so many trying this fun event and pushing outside of their comfort zones; you must push beyond your comfort zones to improve at most things in this life including performance excellence. We had some great swimmers and some poor ones, we also had some skiers who had barely tried roller skiing before skiing with veterans and who can forget those tricky transitions. 21 starters this year with questionable looking weather.
