1st Week of December!

Hello Ski Fans,

What a wonderful week of skiing we had last week! We have another week of fun planned for you.

Sunday afternoon (December 6th at 1 pm) we have another Classic Coach Technique Session Planned Click for details. Thanks to all the coaches who made it out last Saturday Afternoon!

Reminder of our updated Telemark Programs Covid Plan. The Club has also Published their Facility Covid Safety Plan Here! I believe that we will be officially open to public this weekend.

Tuesday December 1st has all programs Classic Skiing at Telemark. The Staggered Start Times are:

  • 4:30-7:30 pm L2C Learn to Compete. 3 Hour Volume Classic Ski 30 + km
  • 5:50-7:30 pm T2T Train to Train. Double Pole Focused Technique with intensity
  • 6-7:30 pm Track Attack. “Elliot Hill”. Double Pole Technique Focus

Thursday December 3rd Skate at Telemark.

  • 5-7:30 pm L2C Learn to Compete. MAS workout. 2 Laps of the Sprint Variety Pack.
  • 5:50-7:30 pm T2T Train to Train. Short Sprints.

Learn to Compete

8:30 1 Offset Station (Timing Hut), 8:55 2 Obstacle Relay (west end of stadium), 9:20 3 One Skate Technique Station (Biathlon Stadium Hill), 9:55 4 Turning Technique Station (terrain park) and 10:20 Race Station (Tree Island)

Train to Train T2T-2

9:00 5 Race Station (Tree Island) 9:25 1 Offset Station (Timing Hut), 9:50 2 Obstacle Relay (west end of stadium), 10:15 3 One Skate Technique Station (Biathlon Stadium Hill) and 10:40 4 Turning Technique Station (terrain park)

Train to Train 1 T2T-1

9:00 1 Offset Station (Timing Hut), 9:25 2 Obstacle Relay (west end of stadium), 9:50 3 One Skate Technique Station (Biathlon Stadium Hill), 10:15 4 Turning Technique Station (terrain park) and 10:40 Race Station (Tree Island)

Track Attack

Track Attack will meet at the Sprint Course sign at the east end of the stadium. The group will be split in two before heading out to their stations.

Track Attack Group “B” will head to the terrain park #4 Turning Technique Station (terrain park), 9:55 #5 Race Station (Tree Island), 10:20 #1 Offset Station (Timing Hut), 10:45 #2 Obstacle Relay (west end of stadium) and 11:10 #3 One Skate Technique Station (Biathlon Stadium Hill)

Track Attack Group “A” will head to the Tree Island at the west end of the stadium for the #5 Race Station 9:55 #1 Offset Station (Timing Hut), 10:20 #2 Obstacle Relay (west end of stadium), 10:45 #3 One Skate Technique Station (Biathlon Stadium Hill) and 11:10 #4 Turning Technique Station (terrain park)

We could really use parent help Saturday with running stations and Clean up afterwards.
