I (Candace) have taken on the task of making arrangements for travel accommodation for the race team again this year. It seems to work best when one person knows it is their responsibility and can make arrangements in a timely fashion.
I have made a block booking for Telemark for the Midget Championships in Revelstoke. I chose the Best Western Plus. It is the cleanest looking and includes a full breakfast. The cost will be 129.99 + tax. This is the special rate that has been arranged for the Midgets. The rooms are booked for Fri. the 1st and Sat. the 2nd. Nothing else needs to be done right now. I will send out a reminder closer to the date so that individual families can call and reserve one of Telemark’s rooms on their own credit card.
