TR 1 / JD practice thursday sept 26th September 25, 2013 Posted by Ross We will need some parents to help with our trail run at Rose Valley to keep the groups together. Remember to bring poles, a mat for core exercises, and a head lamp. Practice will run until 7:30, starting at 6pm.
