Iva and Deren are thinking about hosting NCCP Coach Courses again this upcoming season. All those interested please email irozek@wavebalance.com to let her know what courses you will consider taking.
New race parents: NCCP Coaching certification is required to coach Ski League or parent-volunteer-coach the Junior Racing team. The first course is a 10-hour Introduction to Community Coaching (ICC) that runs Friday night and Saturday. The cost is reimbursed by the club. If you have an athlete in the race program, we encourage you to at least take the ICC course.
