1. February parent meeting is cancelled because there is no critical business plus we could not find a date that worked.  Next meeting is March 6, the infamous BUDGET MEETING.
2. Reminder that you only have 16 days left to sell raffle tickets.
3. There are still a lot of race parents who are not on the volunteer list for BC Championships.  With 500 athletes expected and 3 days of racing, we are going to need nearly 100% participation from the race parents to pull this off.  Volunteers are needed for the following types of positions: Timekeeping, Stadium Set-up, Course Marshaling, Start/Finish, Bib Pick-up, Aid Station, Parking, Volunteer Refreshments and the Awards Ceremony. The time commitment is approximately 4 hours and no experience required.  Please contact Gloria Haug at glohaug@shaw.ca or sign-up at the chalet.
