September 25, 2013 Posted by Coach Adam

Hello Ski Fans,

A Big Thank You To all who attended our meeting last night. I hope you left well fed and well informed. Thank You to Paul and Rebecca for hosting us in their home and all the others who helped by bringing or preparing food.

If you missed the meeting last night all of the information we covered is available under the Athletes Resource tab of our website or a PDF version is Here: Telemark Race Team Information Package 2013-14

The Athletes Resources Tab also has the basic Nutrition information and links to good resources as well.

A simpler breakdown of the races and the importance of each race for each age group in my traditional format is under team lists on the Athletes Resource Tab and also below

Race Importance by Catagory 2013-14

“H” is for Highest Importance events, “M” is for Important events, “G” stands for Good race to do and “O” means Optional race which are good races but maybe not as important as the others. Also this year is “S” which is for the Okanagan Cup series which maybe Fun.

Thank You for listening to my Information part of the evenings Party.

Adam
