From the Coaches

Hello Ski Fans,

Since there is snow on the ground roller skiing is not really a good option. I have changed the location of both training sessions to Telemark. Please Bring both Skate and Classic gear as I am not positive what the skiing will be like. There will not be rocks as there is a lot of snow currently.

I am not sure if the parking lot will be ploughed at this point. There is a Piston Bully Groomer width pass from the road to the Gates.

Bring a headlamp. Telemark may have power now since the web-camera is updating but be prepared for darkness.

Hello Ski Fans,

Firstly, a big Thank You to all of the people who volunteered their time to Coach, Cook and Help-out! Silver Star came though in a big way to provide us with amazing trails to ski on. Another big Thank You to Dan and John at the SAMESUN Silver Star for doing a great job hosting us again this year!

Secondly, Thank You to Gareth Williams and David Walker who did a great job with their presentation about the BC Camp System, Skiing and all those things it takes to become a great skier while going to high school. No phones during homework, Time Management, Goal Setting, Using Test Results to Benchmark and Work towards, Training Year Round and Fun!
