BC CUP #2 Kamloops Ski Prep

January 22, 2014 Posted by Ross

Parents and Athletes please read carefully, our team is getting bigger and bigger which means we need to become better organized.  It is critical that you help this process by following the instructions below.  Race Plan with times will be posted on the website once the start list is posted.

Skate Ski Prep:  Glide wax with Swix LF7 or Toko Red, Scraped and Brushed ready to ski.

Classic Ski Prep: Clean off all grip wax or klister (make sure you do a really good job, it snowed a bit at Stake Lake today).  Glide wax with Swix LF7 or Toko Red, Scraped, Brushed ready to ski.  Sand wax pocket with 100grit.  Clearly mark wax pocket for wax crew with either permanent marker on the sidewalls or green painters tape on the base.  Make sure name is on top of the skis in BIG LETTERS (this needs to be highly visible!).  Green painters tape or stickers work well.  Do NOT put on a binder wax.

Classic Skis are to be given to wax co-coordinator (Gord M.) on Saturday.
