There will be no TR1 practice on Feb 24th, we will resume on Feb 26th skating.
There is a day of fun activities planned for the Saturday Feb 28th practice.

We are finalizing our training program for the BC Championships, involving a Crystal Rim Time Trial
Skate Technique, be ready to ski at 10 sharp. We need to get to the Crystal Rim trail by 10:30.
