Track Attack Champs needs our help!

February 6, 2024 Posted by Chris Halldorson

We are excited to be hosting Track Attack Championships here at Telemark. It is so exciting that we get to host this event, but with that being said it takes a lot of volunteers to make it happen.

Volunteer Opportunities We have a variety of volunteer roles available: event setup, course control, chipping, finish line help, food service etc., Whether you have specific skills or simply a willingness to help, there is a role for everyone. Please be open to help in a few different spots, as we need to fill in all the roles. For example, if you can help with parking on Saturday morning for a couple hours, please be open to helping in the afternoon with course control and marshalling.

Event Details: Track Attack Championships will take place on February Saturday 24, and Sunday 25th at Telemark.

How to Sign Up: We need all parents to sign up for at least one slot each day.  All the roles are pretty easy and self-explanatory. There will be at least one person in charge to tell you what to do and where to be.

Please sign up here

Other Things to Note:

There is also a volunteer sign up for the usual race team roles that has already been posted(waxing, start line, etc.) but we need parents to also volunteer for the event.

All volunteers will receive a free lunch on each day they volunteer.  All volunteers will be able to come and go between races to have a break, lunch etc.

The times might not be completely accurate, but we will try to keep you up to date as the date gets closer.

Spread the Word: If you know others who might be interested in volunteering, please feel free to spread the word! The more volunteers we have, the greater this event can be.

Thank you for volunteering – Your help is so appreciated!

Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out.
