This weekend Skiing Sovereign Lake- Saturday Nov 19th
We will be down a few coaches as Adam is away and James won’t be attending. Parents will need to pitch in to ski with groups!
Meet at 9am Kelowna Manual Therapy Centre 1934 Ambrosi to Carpool
Meet 10:30 am in downstairs lodge
10:30 – 10:45 test classic wax and warm up
10:45-11:00 technique session as a group in the stadium
11-12:30 ski classic (1hour for the JD and TR2’s)
12:30-1 pm lunch
1 -2:30pm skate skiing
4pm pick up at Kelowna Manual Therapy Centre
Please have skis pre waxed with a blue grip wax i.e. swix blue extra
PS be prepared for any conditions as last weekend demonstrated!
