The Telemark Team trains year round. You are invited to “jump in” at any time! When there is no snow, we are doing dryland (running, biking, hill bounding, roller skiing) and strength training. We normally meet 2x per week in the summer — check the schedule on the calendar page. After the snow comes, we train as a team at Telemark on Tuesday and Thursday nights and on non-race-weekend Saturday mornings.
Racers require 2 complete sets of gear: one set for classic skiing and one set for skate skiing. A set consists of skis, bindings, boots, and poles. See gear selection for information on selecting gear.
