Earlier Start Begining this Week

September 26, 2011 Posted by Coach Adam

The Sun has been setting earlier so most evening practices will start 30 mins earlier starting this week. I updated the Calender last week. So for tomorrows (Sept 27th) practice TR2s will start at 4:30 and TR1s at 6 from South East Kelowna Elementry School.

Thursdays we will begin from Kalamoir park off of the Collens Hill Entrance, bring your hill bounding poles(10cm shorter than Classic). Sunday, the plan is to do a workout at Telemark and then do some trail work as well after lunch; most likely moving down trees off of the trails.

The Revelstoke camp was very busy with some good quality training and Fun. My legs still hurt.

See You Soon,

Adam Elliot

Hey Adam. We just want to say what a great website and communication this season! Now that we’re back from holidays – Carter is ready (and really excited) for this ski season. Thanks for all you do.

Matt and Ben came back exhausted, sore, and bursting with excitement about how much fun they had. They both slept over 11 hours last night. Thanks a ton Ross and Adam, it was a great camp!
